whom the common land is leased.
Typically this would be the Local Parish
Council who would also
act
as Lords of the Manor. Included
in the cost of this report, we will also complete the registration
formalities to make the formal amendment to the Register of Common
Land on behalf of the new owner of a property to which common land
rights are attached. A copy of the relevant entry to the Register
of
Common Land is also supplied. The
